Our fiction group coaching is held weekly by our bestselling fiction coach where he breaks down publishing updates, fiction findings, AMS ads, plotting, characterization, and even shares his screen to walk you through his own processes, ultimately answering your most-asked questions.
Daily Coaching Office Hours
Sometimes, you need an answer ASAP in this industry. Your time is precious and this process can be unpredictable. This program is designed to give you the support you need quickly and easily, which is why we give you 12 months of unlimited daily coaching. These group coaching calls are scheduled between 10 and 15 times per week and are always live on Zoom with a bestselling author coach facilitating. You’re welcome to drop in and ask (or answer!) questions as they come up.

Book Production

Professional Formatting
Formatting is the final stage in the book-production process and having a well-formatted book is critical to becoming a bestselling author! Paperback formatting is very different than Kindle, as well as hardcover. With fiction, you need to have all three versions available. Our professional design team will format your book for digital and print while ensuring your book’s look and feel is the highest quality, inside and out.

Writing Rooms
Our writing rooms give you the time, space, and accountability to WRITE. When you join the Zoom writing room, you’ll begin by setting your word count goal for the session along with everyone else. Then, you’ll mute yourself and get to work—with your camera either on or off. We’ll set the tone by playing relaxing music and then end the session by sharing our word counts with each other and even some wins or total progress.

Publishing

The Amazon publishing process can be confusing, with the technical aspects shifting as the company updates their websites and processes. This is why we’ll handle the technical details by uploading your book directly (through your account), ensuring it gets approved, and the listing is completely accurate. The best part? You keep 100% of your rights and royalties. You also retain full ownership and control over your content, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Categories, Keywords, & Book Description
In fiction, getting your categories and keywords wrong can mean the difference between a thriving full-time author career and not selling a single book—no matter how great your cover or the story is. We're not speaking dramatically, we're speaking from experience. Our team will pinpoint the best categories based on trends in your genre, analyze search volume, and measure category competition.
Worldwide Book Distribution
We’ll set up worldwide distribution on your behalf and ensure your book is available through Amazon’s KDP platform and everywhere Amazon sells. This includes ebook distribution and Amazon’s print-on-demand feature, which doesn’t require you to manage fulfillment or inventory. Someone buys, and Amazon prints and ships it.
